In the PAYT program, spending per bag for 13 gal. kitchen bags (and using 2 bags a week due to increased recycling) you would spend a total of a year minus the amount not spent on regular bags = in PAYT net spent on bags vs current.

After the property tax reduction you would see a net difference (profit or loss) of by participating in the PAYT program.
